Recipe: Seed + Oat Salmon Nourish BowlIngredients (Serves 4):
- 4 x salmon steaks, skin off and cut into inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons ohttps://www.remedykitchen.com.au/products-1f Superb Seasoning Mix
- 1 cup of cooked Brown Rice
- 1 large Avocado
- 1 large Cucumber
- 1 cup of tinned Edamame
- 10 x Radishes
- 1 bag of Mixed lettuce leaves
- 1 lime
- 4 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 3 tablespoons of Tamari
- 2 teaspoons of finely grated fresh ginger
- 4 scoops of Seed Cycle
- Cook the rice according to the packet.
- Glaze: Combine all glaze ingredients and set aside.
- Salad: Wash the lettuce, cucumber, radish, shallots, and edamame. Chop to your liking.
- Cut the salmon into inch cubes, sprinkle over the superb seasoning mix. Spray your pan with olive oil. Cook each side for 4-5 minutes. Turn off the heat before adding the glaze and toss to evenly cover all the salmon.
- You can either make individual bowls or serve on a platter. Start with your lettuce, layer all the ingredients, and finally place the salmon, avocado, shallots, and a squeeze of fresh lime.
