Seed Cycle 3rd Birthday Sale Event Giveaway: Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period

  • The Seed Cycle 3rd Birthday Sale Event and Giveaway will run from August 19th, 2024, 12:00 AM (AEST) to August 26th, 2024, 11:59 PM (AEST).

2. Eligibility

  • This giveaway is open to residents of Australia only.
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
  • Employees of Seed Cycle, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

Automatic Entry:

Entry Limit:

  • Each order number counts as one entry into the giveaway and is automatically added to the draw. Multiple purchases will result in multiple entries.
  • New Seed Cycle Subscriptions counts as two entries automatically entered into the giveaway. (Seed Cycle 1 Month Pack, Bake Mix Duo and Seed Cycling Protein Subscriptions)

4. Prizes

Grand Prize Package:

  • Earthletica Activewear Haul valued at $1,000.
  • Seed Cycle Bundle (1-month pack and Bake Mix Duo) valued at $135.
  • The total approximate retail value of the grand prize is $1,135.

Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
  • The draw will take place on August 28th, 2024.
  • The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw. The winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days to claim the prize.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.

5. Prize Delivery

  • The prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost to an address within Australia. Delivery details will be coordinated with the winner after the prize is claimed.
  • Seed Cycle and Earthletica is not responsible for any delays or issues related to the delivery of the prize.

6. Publicity

  • By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow Seed Cycle and Earthletica to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used in accordance with Seed Cycle’s Privacy Policy and will only be used for the purposes of administering the giveaway.

8. General Conditions

  • Seed Cycle reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Seed Cycle’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
  • Seed Cycle reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Seed Cycle, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. Governing Law

  • This giveaway is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
