Based on your answers, you're currently pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding. Seed cycling is simply eating four whole food seeds as part of a balanced diet — and many women choose to include them during this stage.

Allergies & Seed Cycling

Seed cycling may not be suitable if you have allergies to all four core seeds: flax, pumpkin, sunflower, and sesame. If that’s the case, we recommend exploring other nutrition and lifestyle approaches that work better for your needs.

However, if you're allergic to just one of the seeds—for example, sesame—you may still be able to adapt the routine. One common approach is to follow Phase 1 as usual, and during Phase 2, increase the amount of sunflower seeds while omitting sesame.
