Every great transformation starts with a small seed. For our founder, Mel Kovacevic, that seed was planted in her wellness practice, where she supported women in developing more balanced, mindful lifestyles.

As a certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner and Functional Nutrition Consultant, Mel worked with women navigating a range of modern health challenges—supporting them in building self-awareness and healthy routines. She noticed a recurring theme: many were searching for a natural, food-based way to care for their bodies.

From Passion to Kitchen Table: The Seed Cycle Begins

Mel discovered seed cycling during her ongoing nutrition education and wellness research. This food-first approach, which uses nutrient-dense seeds in alignment with the menstrual cycle or moon phases, was gaining popularity in wellness communities overseas. Intrigued by its simplicity and rooted in the idea of using wholefoods to support wellbeing, Mel began to incorporate the practice into her own life and wellness guidance.

Mel’s clients were eager to try seed cycling, but many struggled with the time and consistency it required. Busy schedules often meant seeds were forgotten or left out entirely. That’s when Mel had a lightbulb moment: what if this nourishing ritual could be made easy, consistent, and ready to go?
