Your 1-Month Pack includes two seed cycling blends to help balance your hormones throughout your cycle:
The Seed Cycle Phase 1 – for the first half of your cycle
The Seed Cycle Phase 2 – for the second half of your cycle
1 Seed Cycle Scoop (2 tablespoons) is the perfect daily dose.
How to Seed Cycle:
Step 1: Track Your Cycle
If you have a regular menstrual cycle:Day 1 = first day of your period.
Most cycles are around 28 days, but it’s okay if yours is shorter or longer.
Just follow your body’s rhythm!If your cycle is irregular or you don’t menstruate:
Follow the moon cycle (details below).
Step 2: Add the Right Blend at the Right Time
Phase 1 Blend (Organic, Ground Pumpkin & Flaxseeds)
Use from Day 1 to Day 14 of your cycle (your period through to ovulation).Add 1 scoop to smoothies, yoghurt, oats, salads — however you love to eat it!
Phase 2 Blend (Organic, Ground Sunflower & Sesame)
Use from Day 15 to Day 28 (post-ovulation through to the start of your next period).Again, just 1 scoop daily in your favorite meals or snacks.
🌕 Moon Cycling Option:
No period or irregular cycles? Use the lunar phases:
New Moon = The Seed Cycle Phase 1
Full Moon = Switch to The Seed Cycle Phase 2
You’ll rotate every two weeks based on the moon’s cycle.

Aim for consistency — daily use brings the best results!
Most women notice subtle shifts in 1-2 cycles, but meaningful benefits often show up after 3-4 months.
