Find your Day 1
Day 1 of your seed cycling journey is the first day of your period. If your cycle is irregular, you don't menstruate, or you're on hormonal birth control — use the moon cycle instead. New Moon = Phase 1, Full Moon = Phase 2.

Phase 1 (Flaxseed & Pumpkin) runs from Day 1 through to ovulation. Phase 2 (Sunflower & Sesame) runs from ovulation through to your next period. Your pack includes both — just swap when you move into your next phase.
Every cycle is different. Whether yours is 26 days or 35 days, the phases simply shift with you. We've included extra seeds in each blend to cover longer cycles — so you never run short, no matter how long your phase lasts.
Take one scoop daily
Each scoop is 2 tablespoons — your full daily dose. Add it to your smoothie, yoghurt, porridge, salad, or anything you're already eating. No prep, no blending needed.

Simply align your phases with the moon cycle. The full cycle takes approximately 29 days — the same as an average menstrual cycle. You can find the current moon phase at timeanddate.com or use our free Seed Cycle Tracker.
Start your Flaxseed & Pumpkin blend on the New Moon. Continue for approximately 14 days.
Switch to your Sunflower & Sesame blend on the Full Moon. Continue until the next New Moon.
