What’s Inside Your Pack

Your 1-Month Pack includes two blends designed to complement different phases of your cycle. Phase 1 is for the first half of your cycle. Phase 2 is for the second half. Each blend is pre-measured—just one scoop (2 tablespoons) daily is all you need.

How to Seed Cycle

Step 1: Track Your Cycle
If you have a regular menstrual cycle, Day 1 is the first day of your period. Most cycles are around 28 days, but it’s completely fine if yours is longer or shorter. If your cycle is irregular or you don’t menstruate, you can follow the moon phases instead.

Step 2: Add the Right Blend at the Right Time

Use Phase 1 (Pumpkin and Flaxseeds) from Day 1 to Day 14 of your cycle. This generally covers your period through to ovulation. Add one scoop to your smoothies, yoghurt, oats, salads, or however you love to enjoy it.

Use Phase 2 (Sunflower and Sesame Seeds) from Day 15 to Day 28. This usually covers post-ovulation through to your next period. Again, enjoy your daily scoop in meals or snacks in a way that suits your routine.

Moon Cycling Option
If you do not have a regular cycle, are in menopause, or use hormonal birth control, you can use the moon cycle as your guide. Start Phase 1 on the New Moon and switch to Phase 2 on the Full Moon, changing blends every two weeks. You can check the lunar calendar online to stay aligned.

Seed Cycling + Protein

You can mix products within your current phase. For example, in Phase 1 you might use the protein blend in the morning and enjoy a bake mix treat in the afternoon. As long as you’re using the correct blend for your phase, you’re supporting your body with nutrient-rich seeds.

Tips for Success

Daily consistency is important. Many people notice subtle changes within one to two cycles. More significant effects may take three to four months. Each scoop contains nutrients such as omega-3s, zinc, selenium, and vitamin E—all commonly included in wellness routines that support hormonal health, mood, and skin.
