How-To Guide

A simple one-page reference covering which tracker to use and how to follow both versions.

There is more

We love pen to paper.
But we also built you an app.

The printable tracker is perfect if you like something physical — on the fridge, on your desk, beside your seeds. We get it. There is something grounding about ticking a circle with a pen.

But we also wanted to give you more. So we built Phase — a free daily companion app that does everything the tracker does, plus a lot more. Daily guidance, streak tracking, guided practices, partner sharing, and the ability to download your data for your practitioner.

Use the tracker. Use the app. Use both. Whatever keeps you consistent.

Inside Phase

Everything the tracker does,
plus a lot more

Phase is built for women who want daily guidance — not just a page to tick.

Your seeds, every day

Phase knows which seeds to take today based on your cycle or the moon. Zero guesswork.

Streak tracker

Tick "seeds taken" and watch your streak grow. Consistency is what makes seed cycling work.

Cycle + moon tracking

Track your period or follow the moon — the app adapts to wherever you are in your cycle.

Share with your partner

One tap sends your current phase to your partner so they understand where you are at.

🎙

Guided practices

EFT tapping, breathwork, body scan and lymphatic flow — matched to your cycle phase.

📋

Share with your practitioner

Download your cycle data and bring it to your GP, naturopath, or nutritionist.

Private journal

Daily prompts tied to your phase. Stored on your device, never shared.

Lunar calendar

Always know the current moon phase and how it maps to your seed cycling phase.

🌎

Hemisphere-aware

Phase layers your real season onto your guidance — because winter and summer call for different things.

The Seed Cycle lifestyle

One scoop.
Every day.
That is it.

Whether you track on paper or on your phone, the practice is the same. One scoop of seeds every morning. The simpler the habit, the easier it is to keep.

Most women find that after a few weeks the seeds become second nature — like taking a vitamin, but one you can actually taste in your breakfast.

Tips for
staying consistent

Seed cycling works best when it becomes part of your existing routine rather than a new one you have to remember. Here are the things that actually help.

01

Print it and put it somewhere visible

Stick it on the fridge, next to your coffee machine, or beside your seeds. Out of sight really does mean out of mind.

02

Tick it the moment you take your seeds

Do not rely on remembering later. One tick, same time each day — that is the whole habit.

03

Miss a day? Just keep going

You can double up the next day or simply continue. A missed day is not a reason to start over — consistency over time is what matters.

04

Note how you feel each phase

Use the space beside the tracker to jot down energy, mood, or sleep. Over a few cycles you will start to notice your own patterns.

05

Swap trackers as your cycle changes

If you come off the pill or your cycle becomes more regular, switch from the moon tracker to the menstrual tracker. Both are in the bundle.

06

Give it at least three months

Like most nutritional changes, seed cycling works gradually. Most women find three full cycles is enough time to get a real sense of how it fits into their routine.
