By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
  • A repair or replacement if goods are not of acceptable quality

These rights apply in addition to any policies outlined below.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Refuse or cancel any order
    • Correct pricing errors
    • Limit quantities purchased
  • Payment is taken at the time of order for one-time purchases or subscription orders

4. Shipping

  • We ship Australia-wide and internationally
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address
  • Subscription orders are dispatched every 26 days, aligned with your cycle

5. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying The Seed Cycle.

  • A 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to all eligible products (see our Refund Policy)
  • Refunds are issued in line with that policy
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For subscription orders, the 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply

6. Subscription Terms

How It Works

  • Subscription orders are delivered every 26 days, aligned with your cycle
  • You receive a discounted rate on each order
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address

Minimum Commitment

All subscriptions require an initial 3-order (approximately 3-month) commitment.

This ensures sufficient time to experience the benefits of consistent seed cycling.

During this period, cancellation is not available.

Flexibility After Initial Commitment

Once your first 3 orders are complete, you may:

  • Pause your subscription
  • Skip upcoming deliveries
  • Swap products at any time
  • Cancel anytime

All changes can be made via your customer dashboard — no phone calls or emails required.

Product Swaps

  • You are never locked into one product
  • You can swap blends or try new products while maintaining your subscription discount

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • We may retry the transaction
  • Your order may be delayed or paused until payment is successful

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Seed Cycle is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss
  • Delays outside our control
  • Misuse of products

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (text, images, logos, recipes, graphics) is owned by The Seed Cycle
  • You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute content without written permission
