2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying The Seed Cycle. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products, including:

  • 1 Month Packs
  • Starter Packs (consumable seeds and blends only — jars and scoops are not refundable)
  • Seed Cycling + Protein, Seed Cycling + Collagen, and Seed Cycle Bake Mixes
  • Any other consumable products sold on our website

Key points:

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Refunds apply only to the product cost
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email hello@theseedcycle.com.au with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for your request
  2. For consumable products (powders, seeds, blends, bake mixes):
    • You may keep the product — no return required
    • Refund will be issued for the product cost
  3. For Starter Pack accessories (jars, scoops, reusable items):
    • Refund applies only to consumable portions
    • Non-consumable items are not refundable

4. Subscriptions

  • The 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply to subscription orders
  • Subscription orders are eligible for refunds only where required under ACL

5. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and photo evidence
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with ACL

6. Refund Timing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Typically processed within 3 business days of approval
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

7. Exclusions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Shipping costs
  • Subscriptions (unless required under ACL)
