you are not satisfied with your order.

a) This Policy complies with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and outlines additional benefits provided by The Seed Cycle.
b) These benefits apply in addition to, and not in place of, your consumer rights under the ACL.
c) We encourage all customers to read this Policy before making a purchase.
2. Australian Consumer Law
a) Under the ACL:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If the product fails to meet acceptable quality and the failure is not major, you are entitled to a repair or replacement.
b) Where required by law, we will repair, replace, or refund products in accordance with the ACL.
3. 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee (1 Month Pack Only)
We offer a risk-free, money-back
guarantee on your first purchase of the 1 Month Pack. We are confident in the power of seed cycling and want you to try it with peace of mind.
Here’s how it works:
This guarantee applies only to your first 1 Month Pack order.
You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@theseedcycle.com.au.
We will provide the return address and instructions via email.
The product must be returned (even if partially used) within 30 days of your refund request.
Once received, we will issue a full refund for the product cost.
Please note: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
This guarantee is not available on subscriptions, bundles, wholesale orders, or repeat purchases.

4. Products Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photo evidence of the damage.
Items must be returned in the condition received, including all packaging.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund once the issue is confirmed.
5. Exclusions
We may refuse a refund, repair, or
replacement if:
The product was misused or stored incorrectly.
The fault was known or disclosed prior to purchase.
You requested a custom service or modification against our advice.
Exclusions apply under the ACL.
6. Return Shipping Costs
a) If your return qualifies under the
Australian Consumer Law, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping
costs.
b) If the product does not qualify under the ACL or our money-back guarantee,
shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
c) If we organise and pay for return shipping and the product is later found not to be eligible, we reserve the right to
recover those costs.
7. Response Time
We aim to process all refund, repair,
or replacement requests within 3 business days of receiving your
returned item or complaint.
8. How to Return a Product
To start a return:

Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
We may request a government-issued ID for verification.
