Thank you for shopping with The Seed Cycle. The following policy outlines our shipping terms and what you can expect when placing an order with us.
1. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. This email serves as your receipt and proof of purchase. Please keep it for your records.
2. Order Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. After payment is authorised and verified, orders are processed within 3 business days.
We will notify you by email if there are any unexpected delays.
3. Shipping Locations
3.1 Domestic and International Shipping
We ship both within Australia and internationally.

4. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
At checkout, customers can choose between Standard Shipping or Express Shipping.
Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. While we make every effort to meet delivery timelines, external factors such as carrier delays, weather, or customs processing may cause delays.
4.1 Standard Shipping
Typical delivery within 2–8 business days Australia-wide (depending on location).
4.2 Express Shipping
Estimated delivery within 1–5 business days (metro areas often faster).
Please Note:
Business days refer to Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Products may arrive in separate shipments.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
5. Tracking
We aim to provide full transparency throughout your order’s journey.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and link.
5.1 Domestic & International
All Australian orders include tracking via Australia Post or courier.
International orders include tracking via Australia Post by default.
If an alternative international shipping method is requested without tracking, The Seed Cycle is not liable for lost or undelivered parcels.
6. International Duties, Taxes & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees in your destination country. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
The Seed Cycle is not responsible for any customs-related delays or additional charges incurred upon delivery.
7. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or product:

Include your order number and photos of the damage
We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, either by replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. Missing or Lost Packages
If your package hasn't arrived:
Check common courier hiding spots (behind bins, porches, etc.)
Ask household members or neighbours
Double-check your shipping address
