Day 1 is the first day of your period. No regular cycle? Follow the moon instead (see below).

Tips for success 🌱

Take it at the same time each day. Morning is easiest — add it to breakfast so it becomes a non-negotiable.
Try not to skip days. The seeds are cumulative. A few missed days won't undo your progress, but rhythm is everything.
Mix products within the same phase. Combine the original blend with protein or bake mix — as long as it's the matching phase.

Give it three months. Changes are gradual — most women notice meaningful results between months two and three.
