A quick, nourishing salad that supports your hormones, skin, and gut all in one bowl!
This one’s light, creamy, and full of crunch. The Seed Cycling + Collagen mixes perfectly into the dressing for a silky texture, subtle nuttiness, and an easy way to get your daily hormone-supportive dose. 

Ingredients

Serves 2

For the Salad

2 cups baby spinach or mixed greens

½ cup shredded carrot

½ cup cucumber, sliced

½ small avocado, sliced

1 small apple or pear, thinly sliced

Choose Your Protein (1 option)

Sticky Tofu (vegan):

200g firm tofu, cubed

1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce

1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp minced garlic

Crispy Salmon:

2 salmon fillets (about 120g each)

Drizzle of olive oil

Pinch Secret Spice Co Garlic Pepper Salt Bomb

Tender Chicken:

1 chicken breast or 2 thighs (about 150g total)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Secret Spice Co Lemon Pepper Salt Bomb

1 tsp honey or tamari for glaze

 For the Creamy Collagen Dressing

2 servings Seed Cycling + Collagen mix (Phase 1 or 2)

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

2–3 tbsp water (to thin)

Directions

Prepare your protein:

Sticky Tofu: Toss tofu cubes in tamari, maple syrup, sesame oil, garlic, and the Seed Cycling + Collagen mix. Air fry or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden and sticky.

Salmon: Brush with olive oil, season, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, or pan-sear until crisp and flaky.

Chicken: Sear in a skillet for 6–8 minutes per side, or bake until golden and cooked through. Brush with honey/tamari glaze in the last minute.

Whisk the dressing: In a small bowl or jar, combine Seed Cycling + Collagen, olive oil, vinegar (or lemon), honey, salt, and pepper. Whisk or shake until smooth and creamy. Add water gradually to reach your desired consistency.

Build the salad: In a large bowl, layer your greens, carrot, cucumber, avocado, and apple.

Drizzle & toss: Pour the creamy dressing over and toss gently to coat everything evenly.

Top it off: Sprinkle with extra seeds for crunch and glow.
