Ingredients: Toppings:
  • 2 tablespoons Nut butter (we used Almond butter)
  • The Seed Cycle - one scoop per bowl, depending on your cycle
  • Figs or fresh seasonal fruits
  • Cranberries
  • Pistachios
  • A drizzle of honey to sweeten (optional)

  1. In a medium saucepan, add 1 cup of porridge and two cups of milk.
  2. Turn the heat to medium-low and stir continuously until you achieve your desired consistency.

  • 2 cups of milk of your choice (we used Almond Milk)
