Basic Chia MixtureMakes 250mL / 1 cupIngredients:3 tbsp. or 40g Chia Seeds200mL Milk of your choice1-2 tbsp. Maple syrup or sweetener of your choicePour the milk into a container or jar. Sprinkle the chia seeds over the top and immediately whisk vigorously. Let the mixture sit for a minute then whisk again. Repeat a few times until the seeds are no longer settling at the bottom. Add your sweetener and whisk again. Place a lid on the container and let the mixture sit in the fridge overnight or for at least 3 hours.When ready to serve, spoon the mix into your serving bowl.
