Why Seed + Oat for the Holidays?

At Seed + Oat, we believe in nourishing not only the body but also the soul. Our holiday series isn't just about delicious recipes; it's a celebration of health, well-being, and joy. We understand the importance of consistency, especially when it comes to supporting your body's hormonal balance through seed cycling. Even during the holidays, maintaining this routine can be key to feeling your best.

Seed Cycling for Balance

Seed cycling involves incorporating specific seeds into your diet at different phases of your menstrual cycle. These seeds, carefully chosen for their nutrient content, can support hormonal balance. Consistency is key, even during the festive season, as seed cycling helps alleviate symptoms associated with hormonal imbalances, providing essential nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, and lignans.
