Seed + Oat Jolly Biscotti Recipe

Ingredients (Serves 14)

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted (65g)
  • 1/2 cup Remedy Omega Oats
  • 7 scoops Seed Cycle Phase 1
  • 1 tablespoon Psyllium Husk
  • 1/2 cup whole Hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup dried Strawberries
  • 2 Eggs
  • Pinch of Salt

For Toppings:

  • 100g White & Milk Chocolate (each)
  • Slivered Pistachios
  • Freeze-dried raspberries


  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine Omega Oats, Seed Cycle phase 1, psyllium husk, whole hazelnuts, dried strawberries, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Create Batter: Beat the eggs and melted butter together. Gradually add the dry mixture into the beaten eggs and butter until well combined. The mixture should form a dough-like consistency.
  4. Form Dough Logs: Divide the dough in half. On the baking tray, form two log shapes with the dough, flattening them slightly.
  5. Bake: Bake the logs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Slice & Bake Again: Cut the logs into biscotti-shaped slices. Lay them back on the baking tray and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they're crispy and golden.
