Welcome to Seed + Oat, where wholesome delights await to tantalize your taste buds! Recipe: Seed + Oat Sticky Date Sandwiches

Serves 7 Ingredients: Filling:
  • 1 cup Dates (soaked in hot water)
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Raw cacao
  • 1 tbsp leftover date water
  • 1 tbsp rice malt syrup (optional)
  1. Prepare the Biscuit Mix: Preheat oven to 160 degrees. In a bowl, combine the Seed Cycle Biscuit Mix, Remedy Milled Oat Porridge, egg, and melted coconut oil. Separate the dough mixture into 14 even portions and place them into cupcake tins greased with coconut oil. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden. Allow to cool. 
  2. Create the Filling: After soaking the dates, remove the skin from the outside before processing, this will help create a smooth paste. Blend soaked dates, coconut oil, raw cacao, leftover date water, and rice malt syrup (if using) until smooth and creamy.
  3. Assemble the Sandwiches: Take two baked biscuit rounds and spread a generous layer of the date filling between them, creating a delicious sandwich. Store in the fridge and enjoy 1 Sticky Date Sandwich each day for your daily dose of Phase 2, Luteal or Full Moon seed cycling routine.
