Cooking Up Hormone Harmony: Step-by-Step Recipes

We understand that when it comes to incorporating new practices into your routine, having easy-to-follow recipes is essential. That's why we'll guide you step by step through the creation of both our Savoury Seed Cycle Crackers and Liver Pate.

Savoury Seed Cycle Crackers Recipe


  • 5 scoops Seed Cycle Phase 1 or 2
  • 2 tablespoons psyllium husk
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon Superb Seasoning Mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Sea salt flakes for topping (optional)

Step 1: Mixing the Dry Ingredients

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Seed Cycle Phase 1, psyllium husk, sea salt, and Superb Seasoning Mix.

Step 2: Adding Water and Mixing

  • Gradually add 1/2 cup of water to the dry mixture. Stir until you achieve a thick, uniform dough.

Step 3: Rolling and Cutting

  • Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out evenly to your desired thickness. Use a knife or cookie cutters to create cracker shapes. Evenly cutting them into 10 pieces, 2 pieces each day will give you your daily dose of seed cycle.

Step 4: Baking

  • Carefully transfer the crackers onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle sea salt flakes on top if desired. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes, turn the crackers half way to make them extra golden brown and crispy. 

Step 5: Enjoy!

  • Let the crackers cool and enjoy them as a wholesome snack or as part of your meal prep magic.

Liver Pate Recipe


  • 200g free-range chicken or pork liver
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee
  • 2 medium spring onions, diced
  • 1 apple, peeled and cubed
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 1 boiled egg (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1: Preparing the Liver

  • Wash and clean the liver thoroughly, then cut it into small pieces.

Step 2: Sautéing

  • In a pan, melt the ghee over medium heat. Add the diced spring onions and cook until they become translucent.

Step 3: Cooking the Liver

  • Add the liver pieces to the pan and cook until they are browned on the outside but slightly pink on the inside.

Step 4: Adding Ingredients

  • Incorporate the diced apple, nutmeg, garlic, and boiled egg (if using) into the pan. Continue cooking until everything is well combined.

Step 5: Blending

  • Transfer the mixture to a food processor and blend until it reaches a smooth pâté-like consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 6: Serving

  • Serve your Liver Pate with the Savoury Seed Cycle Crackers or use it to elevate your charcuterie board.
