The Benefits of Seed Cycling

Seed cycling involves consuming specific seeds during different phases of your menstrual cycle to support hormonal balance. Here's how it works:

  • Follicular Phase (Day 1 to 14): Flax seeds and pumpkin seeds help boost estrogen levels and support ovulation.
  • Luteal Phase (Day 15 to 28): Sunflower seeds and sesame seeds aid in progesterone production and maintaining hormonal balance.

By adding the Seed Cycle mix into your breakfast, you're taking a simple yet effective step towards promoting hormonal health naturally.

The Power of Real Chocolate

Let's talk about chocolate! Real unprocessed, organic chocolate is not only delicious but also packed with antioxidants and nutrients. Here are some key benefits:

  • Antioxidants: Protect your cells from damage and reduce inflammation.
  • Magnesium: Supports muscle and nerve function, regulates blood sugar levels, and helps produce protein, bone, and DNA.
  • Iron: Essential for making hemoglobin, a protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen from the lungs to all parts of the body.

So go ahead, sprinkle those chocolate chips liberally!
