Recipe: Seed + Oat Salmon Nourish Bowl

Ingredients (Serves 4):
  • 4 x salmon steaks, skin off and cut into inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons ohttps://www.remedykitchen.com.au/products-1​f Superb Seasoning Mix​​​
  • 1 cup of cooked Brown Rice
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1 large Cucumber
  • 1 cup of tinned Edamame
  • 10 x Radishes
  • 1 bag of Mixed lettuce leaves
  • Shallots
  • 1 lime
  • EVOO
Glaze:
  • 4 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoons of honey
  • 3 tablespoons of Tamari
  • 2 teaspoons of finely grated fresh ginger
  • 4 scoops of Seed Cycle

Method:

  1. Cook the rice according to the packet.
  2. Glaze: Combine all glaze ingredients and set aside.
  3. Salad: Wash the lettuce, cucumber, radish, shallots, and edamame. Chop to your liking.
  4. Cut the salmon into inch cubes, sprinkle over the superb seasoning mix. Spray your pan with olive oil. Cook each side for 4-5 minutes. Turn off the heat before adding the glaze and toss to evenly cover all the salmon.
  5. You can either make individual bowls or serve on a platter. Start with your lettuce, layer all the ingredients, and finally place the salmon, avocado, shallots, and a squeeze of fresh lime.
