Seed Cycling Seed Snaps for Phase 2
This Seed Cycle Seed Snaps recipe for Phase 2 provides you with your daily dose required when following seed cycling for natural hormone balance.
Phase 2 Day 15-28 Luteal/Full Moon
A curated mix of both sesame seeds and sunflower seeds, this blend naturally supports healthy hormone balance. Each seed is brimming with lignans and Omega 6 fatty acids that work together to keep our estrogen levels in check.
Plus, the sunflower seeds in this blend deliver a great source of selenium and Vitamin E which may assist with liver detoxification.
Our Phase 2 Blend is perfect for women during the Ovulation and Luteal phase of their cycle. These seeds are rich in Vitamin E, playing a big role in balancing our nervous and endocrine system to restore optimal hormone levels in the body.
Seed Cycling Seed Snaps Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 container of The Seed Cycle Phase 2
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/3 cup rice malt syrup or honey
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- pinch of salt
- quality chocolate, melted for topping
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
3. Spread mixture on lined baking tray. You can place a second piece of baking paper on top of the mixture and spread with a rolling pin or your fingers until the mixture is about ½ cm thick.
4. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden. Once cooled drizzle with melted chocolate and place in the fridge to set.
5. Cut Seed Snaps into 14 pieces and consume 1 piece each day for Phase 2 of seed cycling.
