Tart option 1: Phase 1 Seed Cycle
Ingredients:
Serves: 6- 1 cup Remedy Kitchen, MOP Porridge
- 6 scoops Phase 1 Seed Cycle
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil (Melted)
Method:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 170 degrees fan-forced. Grease or line a muffin tray. Step 2: In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together and divide the mixture evenly between your muffin tray cups. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the oven and allow them to cool before adding your filling of choice!Tart option 2: Phase 2 Seed Cycle
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Remedy Kitchen, OMG Porridge
- 6 scoops Phase 2 Seed Cycle
- 1/2 cup Almond Butter
- 3-4 tablespoons Rice Syrup
- 2-3 tablespoons Coconut Oil (Melted)
Method:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 170 degrees fan-forced. Grease or line a muffin tray. Step 2: In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together and divide the mixture evenly between your muffin tray cups. You may need to add more coconut oil if you find the ingredients a little crumbly. This can sometimes be due to the nut butter, as different brands have varying consistencies. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the oven and allow them to cool before adding your filling of choice!Tart Fillings!
