Seed Cycle No-Bake Bites
A raw, vegan, no-bake treat made with your Seed Cycle Brownie or Biscuit Mix.
No oven needed. These soft, fudgy bites turn your bake mix into a grab-and-go daily snack — and the recipe is exactly the same whether you're in Phase 1 or Phase 2. Just use the mix that matches your phase.
You'll need
- 1 packet of Seed Cycle Brownie Mix or Biscuit Mix (use your current phase)
- ½ cup melted coconut oil
- ½ cup pitted dates (or 2 tablespoons nut butter)
- ¼ cup hot filtered water
- Shredded coconut or raw cacao, to coat
Method
- Soak the dates in the hot water for 10–15 minutes to soften.
- Blend the dates and their soaking water in a food processor until smooth.
- Add your bake mix and the melted coconut oil. Pulse until it forms a sticky dough.
- Roll into about 28 small balls, then roll each in shredded coconut or raw cacao.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Enjoy 2 bites a day as a simple daily ritual. Store in the fridge or freezer.
Tip: One batch makes around 28 bites — at 2 a day, that's roughly two weeks of your daily seeds, done.
Which mix do I use? Phase 1 (Follicular — Days 1–14, or New Moon to Full Moon): your Phase 1 mix. Phase 2 (Luteal — Days 15–28, or Full Moon to New Moon): your Phase 2 mix.
