Base Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Raw Cacao Butter
  • 4 teaspoons Coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 6 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon Peppermint Extract

Toppings:

  • Seed Cycle: Either phase 1 or 2, depending on where you are in your cycle
  • 1/4 cup Roasted Nuts: Choose from almonds, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, or cashews
  • Toasted Remedy Oats
  • Freeze-Dried Fruit
  • Raw Cacao Nibs

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Base:

    • In a double boiler, melt the raw cacao butter and coconut oil together until fully liquefied.
    • Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the raw cacao powder, coconut sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. If using, add the peppermint extract for a refreshing twist.
    • Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
  2. Pour and Set:

    • Line a baking tray or dish with parchment paper.
    • Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared tray, spreading it evenly to your desired thickness.
  3. Add the Toppings:

    • Sprinkle the Seed Cycle powder evenly over the top of the chocolate base.
    • Add your choice of roasted nuts, toasted Remedy Oats, freeze-dried fruit, and raw cacao nibs. Be creative and use your favorite combinations to enhance both the flavor and nutritional profile.
  4. Chill:

    • Place the tray in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours, or until the chocolate is completely set and firm.
  5. Cut and Enjoy:

    • Once set, remove the tray from the refrigerator and cut the chocolate into bars or bite-sized pieces.
    • Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep them fresh and crunchy.
