Seed + Oat Holiday Rum Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1&3/4 cups (200g) of MOP Porridge
- 7 scoops Phase 1 Seed Cycle
- 10 dates, pitted and soaked in boiling water
- 1/2 cup (65g) of cashew pieces or granulated peanuts
- 3 tablespoons Cacao Powder
- 1/2 cup (80g) Sultanas
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla bean paste
- 1/2 cup (145g) Rice Malt Syrup
- 6 teaspoons Rum
- 1 cup Desiccated Coconut
Method:
- Begin by draining the soaked dates. Place them in a food processor with the MOP Porridge, Phase 1 Seed Cycle, cashews or peanuts, Cacao Powder, sultanas, vanilla paste, Rice Malt Syrup, and rum. Blend until a sticky dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and then roll them in desiccated coconut until well coated.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
