Who It's For

Seed cycling is for any woman who wants a simple, food-based addition to her daily routine. It works alongside any diet or lifestyle.

  • Regular, irregular, or absent cycles
  • Postpartum
  • Perimenopause and menopause
  • Coming off hormonal birth control
  • Preconception (always check with your healthcare provider)

Seed cycling is a food-based practice, not a treatment. It works best when used consistently over 2–3 months as part of a balanced diet and lifestyle.

How to Use

Have a regular cycle?
Phase 1 (Flaxseed & Pumpkin) — Day 1 of your period through to ovulation.
Phase 2 (Sesame & Sunflower) — Post ovulation through to your next period.

No regular cycle?
Follow the moon. New Moon to Full Moon = Phase 1. Full Moon to New Moon = Phase 2.

Take 2 tablespoons daily. Add to yoghurt, smoothies, oats or baking. Switch phases at ovulation or Day 15 if unsure.

Ingredients
  • Phase 1 — Organic Ground Flaxseeds, Organic Ground Pumpkin Seeds
  • Phase 2 — Organic Ground Sesame Seeds, Organic Ground Sunflower Seeds

Cold-milled in small batches and sealed with oxygen absorbers to protect the natural oils. Cold-milling breaks down the hard outer shell so your body can actually absorb the nutrients — whole seeds often pass through largely undigested.

Australian Certified Organic under ACO13335. Free from gluten, dairy, soy, and artificial additives. Manufactured in a facility that handles tree nuts.

About Seed Cycling

Seed cycling involves eating specific seeds during each phase of your menstrual cycle. The four seeds each contain different nutrients that complement the natural rhythm of your cycle.

  • Flaxseeds — one of the richest plant sources of lignans and omega-3 ALA
  • Pumpkin seeds — concentrated source of zinc, magnesium and iron
  • Sesame seeds — contain sesamin lignans, vitamin E and plant-source calcium
  • Sunflower seeds — rich in vitamin E and selenium

Seed cycling is a wholefood practice, not a treatment. Clinical trials on the protocol specifically are limited — we share this for transparency, not as health claims.

Heavy Metal Tested

We test our seeds through a NATA-accredited lab for arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury. Most seeds on supermarket shelves are never tested.

New to seed cycling?

A daily wholefood
ritual for women

Seed cycling is the practice of eating specific seeds in two phases aligned with your menstrual cycle or the lunar calendar. Phase 1 seeds — flaxseed and pumpkin — are taken from day 1 of your period through to ovulation. Phase 2 seeds — sesame and sunflower — are taken post ovulation through to your next period.

Each set of seeds has a distinct nutritional profile. Flaxseed and pumpkin are rich in lignans, omega-3 ALA, zinc, and magnesium. Sesame and sunflower provide lignans, vitamin E, selenium, and calcium. Together they give your body a range of nutrients across the full month.

Our seeds are certified organic and cold-milled in small batches so the nutrients are actually accessible to your body. One scoop a day — add to anything you are already eating.

The two phases

Two phases.
Full cycle covered.

Seed cycling follows the natural rhythm of the menstrual cycle. Each phase uses different seeds at the right time of the month.

Phase 1  ·  Follicular

Flaxseed + Pumpkin Seeds

Day 1 to Ovulation  ·  Or New Moon to Full Moon
Lignans Omega-3 ALA Zinc Magnesium

Take Phase 1 seeds daily from day 1 of your period through to ovulation. If you are unsure when you ovulate, switch on day 15. Cold-milled flaxseed and pumpkin seeds, nothing added.

Phase 2  ·  Luteal

Sesame + Sunflower Seeds

Post Ovulation to Period  ·  Or Full Moon to New Moon
Lignans Vitamin E Selenium Calcium

Take Phase 2 seeds daily post ovulation through to your next period. When your period arrives, switch back to Phase 1. Cold-milled sesame and sunflower seeds, nothing added.

No regular cycle? Follow the lunar calendar — Phase 1 from the new moon, Phase 2 post full moon through to the next new moon. This works for irregular cycles, PCOS, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause.
How to use

Simple by design

Seed cycling works best when it becomes part of something you already do every day. Here is how to get started — and how serving sizes work across the different products.

01

Find your phase

Work out where you are in your cycle. Day 1 to ovulation — Phase 1. Post ovulation to period — Phase 2. No regular cycle? Start with Phase 1 on the new moon.

02

Take your seeds daily

Add to a smoothie, yoghurt, overnight oats, salad, soup, or bake them into something. Same time each morning is easiest to keep consistent.

03

Switch at the right time

Switch phases at ovulation — or day 15 if unsure. When your period arrives, switch back to Phase 1. Follow your packaging for the correct serving size for your product.

Original Blends and Collagen

1 scoop per day

One level scoop (2 tablespoons) of the correct phase blend each day. Add to smoothies, yoghurt, oats, salads, or soups.

Protein Blends

2 scoops per day

Two scoops (4 tablespoons) of the correct phase protein blend each day. Mix into milk, coconut water, a smoothie, or yoghurt.

Bake Mixes

Bake your serving

Follow the recipe on your packaging to bake brownies, biscuits, or bliss balls using the correct phase bake mix. Make a batch, store in the fridge, and enjoy daily as your seed cycling serve.

Why cold-milled matters

Whole seeds.
Nothing extracted.

Our seeds are cold-milled in small batches — not heat-processed, not extracted. Cold-milling breaks down the hard outer shell so the nutrients inside are actually accessible to your body. Whole seeds often pass through largely undigested.

Every product is sealed with oxygen absorbers to protect the natural oils from going rancid. This is something you simply cannot guarantee when buying loose seeds from a supermarket or bulk food store.

All our seeds are Australian Certified Organic under ACO13335. No fillers, no additives, no preservatives.

Making it stick

Consistency is
the whole point

Seed cycling is a gradual, food-based practice. It is not a quick fix. These are the things that actually help women keep going.

01

Give it at least three months

Like any nutritional change, seed cycling works gradually. Most women find three full cycles gives them enough time to understand how it works for their body. The subscription is structured around this — three months minimum, then fully flexible.

02

Attach it to an existing habit

The easiest way to remember is to pair it with something you already do — morning coffee, breakfast, making a smoothie. Put the jar on the bench next to whatever you make first thing. Out of sight really does mean out of mind.

03

Do not stress about missing a day

If you miss a day you can double up the next day or just continue as normal. One missed day does not undo anything. Consistency over weeks and months is what matters — not perfection every single day.
