The brownies the ferritin girlies won't stop baking. 🤎
Raw cacao and pumpkin seeds — naturally a source of iron, zinc & magnesium — baked into one fudgy brownie. It's seed cycling in treat form. The daily ritual behind them? A scoop of our organic seeds in the breakfast you already eat.
First, the brownies you came for
The fudgy, iron-rich brownie.
Our Brownie Mix is raw cacao and organic pumpkin seeds — both naturally a source of iron and magnesium — so the treat pulls its weight. Four pantry basics and one tin is all it takes.
- 1Line your tin.
A 20cm x 20cm baking tin, lined with baking paper.
- 2Add the wet.
3 eggs (or 1 mashed banana to keep it vegan) and 1 cup of olive oil — melted coconut oil or butter work too.
- 3Mix & pour.
Stir into the Brownie Mix until smooth, then pour into the tin.
- 4Bake, cool & slice.
Bake as per the pack, cool, then cut into squares. Store in the fridge and enjoy as your daily serve.
But the brownies are just the fun part. The ritual that actually matters — the daily one — is the seeds. Here's what they do.
New here? Start with this
Seed cycling is functional nutrition — real food that works for you.
No pills, no powders. Just specific organic seeds, eaten across the two phases of your cycle — a simple daily practice that nourishes your body where women need it most.

For your hormones
Phase 1 and Phase 2 seeds, chosen to support your body's natural rhythm through the month.
For your gut
Fibre and wholefood nutrition your gut loves — and Gut Fibre to take it further.
For your skin
Seeds that naturally contain zinc, vitamin E and omega fats — nourishment from the inside.
Because it's wholefood seeds — flax, pumpkin, sunflower and sesame — your daily scoop is also a natural source of iron, zinc and magnesium. (And yes — the raw cacao and pumpkin seeds in the brownies are iron-rich too.) That's the ferritin-girlie part. 🤎

Sound familiar?
- You've been told to "eat more iron" — but you're not sure where to start.
- You want a treat that actually feels good to eat.
- You love the idea of seed cycling… but grinding and measuring your own seeds every day? No.
- You'd rather eat real food than swallow another capsule.
That's where the seeds come in. Flax, pumpkin, sunflower and sesame are a natural source of iron, zinc and magnesium — wholefoods, not a supplement.
We just make them effortless: pre-ground, certified organic, and ready to stir into the breakfast you already eat — or bake into a brownie when you want one.
"Honestly? I'd do it just for the brownies. The fact that it's become a ritual I actually look forward to is the bonus."
"Seed cycling might just change your life. I've been at it 10 months and I'm blown away. As someone who's always watching her iron, a real-food ritual like this just makes sense — I rave about it to anyone who'll listen."
"Melissa introduced me to seed cycling and I tried it with my two teenage daughters. I'm so happy they're learning to support their bodies with real food — tools they'll have for the journey ahead."

Before you buy seeds
What actually makes the difference
- 1Pre-ground & ready
Whole seeds often pass straight through, and grinding and measuring your own seeds every day is why most people quit. We grind them fresh so you actually get the goodness.
Ours: freshly ground, ready to stir in - 2Certified organic
Not "natural" — actually certified by Australian Certified Organic.
Ours: ACO Certified (ACO13335) - 3Built around your cycle
The right seeds at the right time — not one generic mix.
Ours: Phase 1 (flax + pumpkin) & Phase 2 (sunflower + sesame) - 4Food, not a supplement
No fillers, no powders, no capsules — right down to the brownie mix.
Ours: organic ingredients, nothing added
Tested & certified
Not all seeds are equal.
Ours are ACO Certified Organic and quality-checked, then ground fresh — so what ends up in your bowl (and your brownies) is exactly what should be. Here's how they compare.

- ACO Certified Organic (ACO13335)
- Quality-checked for freshness & purity
- Pre-ground fresh — not sitting whole in a bag
- Four seeds, nothing added
How to have it
Seeds every day. Brownies and biscuits whenever you like.
The daily ritual is one scoop of seeds — on your buckwheat, yoghurt or smoothie. Phase 1 for the first half of your cycle, Phase 2 for the second. Then bake brownies (Phase 1) or biscuits (Phase 2) when you want a treat that still earns its place. Our free Phase app tells you which phase you're in, so you never have to think about it.
