Gut Fibre tastes great with savoury dishes and juices, I noticed I feel fuller when I have my morning health drink or when I add it to a meal. Me and my partner noticed a difference when we take it and when we don't take it. It helps with bowel movements, less bloated, reducing my portion size or food intake and great for weight management. Highly recommend and look forward to continually having it again!

Absolutely love this! I had been taking it for a month now and noticed a big difference to my face, redness, sensitivity, fine lines and wrinkles reduced and I naturally have a radiant glow and plumpness to my face, looking hydrated and refreshed. My beauty therapist noticed my face looks firmer and good as I see her for regulate LED facials along with this product to age gracefully at 40. Have already reordered and definitely a part of my diet to keep up with my skin health and natural youth in tact without resorting to botox and fillers in my face.

Have been taking Gut Fibre everyday and have found a great difference in gut health am about to get more as wanting to lower my cholesterol naturally.

happy it is not full of fillers , started adding it to my breakfast.

Oh my goodness I’m I love with this brand I’m using the Sea Buckthorn and my skin feels and looks so glowy… I definitely want to try more 🙌

Skin is looking and feeling so soft and hydrated. Have more energy and feel more present. Love the easy use in my smoothie every morning.

Loving the Sea Buckthorn for my skin and hair, I am in my 60s and have noticed more dryness. Using it for 3 weeks now and already noticed my skin feels hydrated. A lovely addition to my daily routine!

I’ve been using The Seed Cycle products in my 60s and loving them. The Gut Fibre has been a great addition, I am feeling a difference with my digestion.

Well I can’t speak highly enough about this brand. Not only is the customer service exceptional. I had a lot of questions. They were so patient and so fast and got back to me and now I’m obsessed. I will be ordering this protein for the rest of my life. Why you ask ? because it is has made my periods so much better so much less painful. My period is even more regular !! and it tastes amazing. It also doesn’t have any nasty ingredients. It doesn’t cause bloating and it tastes delicious.

This is my new fav! I don't think I can ever go back to the refills after trying the protein duo. It tastes great and curbed off my food cravings which is great for weight management especially as get enter a new phase into our life cycle as a womban.

I'm loving this new product in the Seed Cycle range. I can already see a difference in my skin. It blends well in my porridge as long as I add it prior to cooking. I forgot to add it yesterday so just sprinkled it on top, turned out to be a little mistake as it formed a hard lump instead of blending in. Note to self - add before cooking, not after!

THE BEST!
I've always struggled with fibre supplements. Ive been left bloated and irritated. This is THE BEST FIBRE ive ever had. Irs so easy to integrate into my brekkie!

LOVE LOVE LOVE. My energy is up, my skin is glowing!

Starting off with the basics, immediately started to feel the fibre hit from the flax seeds, so I persist. The seeds come without additives, making it easier to add it to savory recipes, shakes or cookies etc.. I started journalling today, too. Not a big journal writer, so will see how this gies, but nice to have somewhere to put your thoughts when concentrating on this part of my life. I do recommend and have recommended these products. The app makes everything so much easier and clearer, too.

Wow!! Already noticed such a huge difference in my skin (even my friends have commented) after using it for a couple of weeks. I can easily add it into my breakfast alongside my seed cycle + collagen. Really loving it and so grateful that it's such a clean product!
