New to sea buckthorn?

The berry your skin
has been missing

One teaspoon of raw crushed berry, sustainably wild-grown in Europe — one of the only plant sources of Omega-7, and traditionally known as the "beauty berry" for skin. Stir it into yoghurt, a smoothie, porridge or breakfast bowls.

Skin hydration and elasticity
from a nutrient almost never found in plants

Omega-7 is usually sourced from fish oil — it's rarely found in plants at all. Sea Buckthorn is one of the few exceptions, naturally rich in it.

Why not oil or capsules?

The whole berry.
Nothing extracted.

Most sea buckthorn is sold as an oil or capsule — just the pressed fatty fraction — or as a powder cut with maltodextrin to bulk it out.

Ours is 100% crushed berry, dried raw, nothing added. The fibre, flavonoids and fatty acids stay together, the way the berry actually grows.

New to The Seed Cycle?

What is seed cycling?

A daily food-based ritual: flax and pumpkin seeds in the first half of your cycle, sesame and sunflower in the second, timed to your hormonal rhythm or the lunar calendar. One scoop a day, added to any meal.

Why add sea buckthorn?

One extra teaspoon, no new ritual

Seed cycling gives you the fibre, healthy fats and key minerals from flax, pumpkin, sesame and sunflower. Sea Buckthorn adds what those seeds don't — Omega-7 and skin-loving nutrients, stirred into the same daily scoop you already have.

How to use

Add one teaspoon
from the pouch

01

Scoop one teaspoon

Straight from the pouch.

02

Mix into anything

Smoothies, yoghurt, porridge or breakfast bowls — mild, slightly sweet flavour.

03

Alongside Phase 1 or Phase 2

Add it daily alongside your Seed Cycle scoop — any phase, no timing to get right.

Before you ask

Questions, answered

Why is this better than sea buckthorn oil or capsules?

Oil and capsules only capture the pressed fatty fraction. Ours is the whole crushed berry, so fibre, flavonoids and fatty acids stay together.

Is this ACO certified organic, like your other products?

Not yet. We source pure, organic sea buckthorn from a farm in Europe — nothing added, nothing processed beyond crushing and drying — but the farm itself hasn't completed Australian Certified Organic approval. As soon as it does, or if we find an ACO-certified supplier that meets our standards, we'll update this page.

Do I need to be seed cycling to use this?

No — it works on its own or alongside seed cycling, in any phase. There's no timing to get right.

What does it taste like?

Very mild, with a little natural sweetness — not sharp or overpowering. Easy to stir into yoghurt or a smoothie without changing the flavour much.

Is there any filler in this?

No. 100% crushed berry — nothing added, nothing bulked out.
