Results that speak for themselves.
Thousands of women have experienced the difference. Here's what they're sharing.
Cyclical nutrition for women
Seed cycling is a nutritional practice that uses four organic seeds to support women's nutrition. Each seed provides a unique combination of nutrients including healthy fats, fibre, minerals and lignans. One scoop a day, into yoghurt, a smoothie or oats. No regular cycle? Follow the moon.
Nutrients many women lean on
through perimenopause and menopause
As your cycle changes, food-based support matters most. Lignans, zinc, magnesium, vitamin E and selenium — all four seeds, in one daily scoop.
Loose seeds vs.
The Seed Cycle
You could buy four bags of seeds. Here's what you'd be taking on yourself — and what we've already solved.
On subscription, your daily ritual works out to about $2 a day — one real-food scoop instead of a shelf of single-nutrient supplements.
Wherever you are
in your cycle
Seed cycling is a food-based practice, not a treatment for any medical condition — but many women weave it into a broader approach to eating well, at every stage of life.

Clean seeds, cared-for soil
Seed cycling is something you do every day. For a daily ritual, what's not in your seeds matters as much as what is — which is why we'll only ever use certified organic.
Fewer synthetic chemicals
Grown without synthetic pesticides — residues some studies link to hormone interference, which we'd rather leave out of food you eat every day.
Soil that's looked after
Certified organic growers care for the soil, land and waterways — the foundation of better food.
Farmers who do it right
We only source from ACO-certified Australian growers — supporting the people who care for their land.
Made to make
consistency easy
Founder Mel Kovacevic discovered seed cycling during her nutrition research and saw the problem straight away — sourcing four seeds, keeping them fresh, getting the ratios and phases right was too much friction for everyday life.
The Seed Cycle solved that: pre-measured, pre-blended, cold-milled and sealed fresh, delivered every 26 days, timed to your cycle.
Trusted by over 9,000 Australian women. ACO certified organic. Family owned in Canberra.
Try it for 30 days, risk-free
Start with confidence. If seed cycling isn't for you, just email us within 30 days and we'll refund you — no questions asked. We'd rather you felt good about giving it a real go than worried about the spend.
Questions, answered
I'm in perimenopause or menopause — will this still work for me?
Yes. If your cycle is irregular or has stopped, follow the lunar calendar instead — Phase 1 from the new moon, Phase 2 from the full moon. This is exactly how many of our perimenopausal and menopausal customers use it.
Why does it cost a little more than buying seeds myself?
You're paying to never grind, measure, blend, store or worry about freshness again. Certified organic, pre-blended in the right ratios, cold-milled, tested for heavy metals and sealed fresh — plus glass jars and a scoop you keep forever.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes. After the 3-month minimum you can pause, skip, swap or cancel anytime from your dashboard. No calls, no forms. And every order is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
Can I start at any point in my cycle?
Yes. You don't have to wait for day 1 of your period. Work out where you are and jump in from there — for example, on day 10 take Phase 1 until ovulation, then switch to Phase 2. When your next period starts, that's day 1 of a full new cycle. If your cycle is irregular, absent, or you're in menopause, follow the lunar calendar instead — Phase 1 from the new moon, Phase 2 from the full moon.
Can I seed cycle if I'm on the pill or HRT?
Many women use seed cycling alongside hormonal birth control or HRT (Menopausal Hormone Therapy) as a way to support their general nutritional intake. As a wholefood practice, it doesn't interfere with medication or change hormone doses. If you're on HRT, follow the moon phases rather than a menstrual cycle as your guide. If you take other medications or have specific health conditions, check with your healthcare provider first.
Do the seeds come whole or ground?
Cold-milled and ground in small batches. Ground seeds have a much larger surface area than whole seeds, making it easier for the body to access the nutrients inside — whole seeds often pass through largely undigested, and ground seeds are easier on digestion for most people. We use oxygen absorbers in both containers to protect the oils from going rancid.
