Energy building. The light is growing.
We are past the First Quarter and the moon is filling out night by night toward the Full Moon next Monday. This is the bright, building half of the cycle. Phase 1 seeds all week, flax and pumpkin. A good week to act on what you began at the new moon, while momentum is on your side.
Your seeds this week.
Cycling with the moon? Phase 1 all week, flax and pumpkin seeds, one scoop daily. You stay on Phase 1 right up until the Full Moon next Monday, when you switch to Phase 2. These seeds are rich in omega-3s, lignans and zinc, which support oestrogen in the first half of the cycle.
Cycling with your period? Keep following your own rhythm. If you are in your follicular phase, before ovulation, you are also on Phase 1. If you are post ovulation, stay on Phase 2.
Moon cyclers: Phase 1 (Flax + Pumpkin) all week. Switch to Phase 2 at the Full Moon.
The build toward full.
As the moon grows brighter, energy tends to rise with it. The quiet of the new moon is behind you now. This is the part of the cycle that often feels the most capable and clear, when things start to come together.
Use it. The intention you set at the new moon has had a week to take root. Now is the time to put your energy behind it and keep going, while the momentum of the waxing moon is carrying you forward.
Energy is rising. Act on what you started. Let the momentum carry you.
Your week, mapped out
Ride the wave. Make the most of rising energy.
The waxing moon supports the first half of your cycle, when many women feel most energetic and clear. Lean into it.
Move while you feel it
This is often the most energetic stretch of the cycle. If movement feels good right now, follow it. A brisk walk, a strength session, a class you enjoy. Your body tends to handle more in the first half, so use the energy while it is here.
Stay with your seeds
Phase 1 continues all week. Flax and pumpkin, one scoop daily. Consistency is where seed cycling does its quiet work, so keep the ritual going even on the busy days. Stirred through breakfast is the easiest way to never miss it.
Start the thing you've been putting off
Rising energy is good for beginnings. The project, the conversation, the plan you've been circling. This half of the cycle lends itself to taking action, so pick one thing and make a start while the momentum is with you.
Independently tested. Nothing to hide.
Did you know? Most seeds on supermarket shelves are never tested for heavy metals. Ours are, through a NATA-accredited laboratory. Here's what they found.

Seeds naturally absorb metals from the soil they grow in. Without testing, there's no way to know what you're getting. We test every batch so you don't have to wonder.

Not following the moon? Use your cycle.
If you have a regular menstrual cycle, you can sync your seeds directly to your period instead of the moon, and many women find this even more effective.
Phase 1 (Flax + Pumpkin) starts on Day 1 of your period and runs through to ovulation, roughly the first half of your cycle. These seeds support oestrogen production as your body builds toward ovulation.
Phase 2 (Sesame + Sunflower) begins post ovulation and runs through to your next period. These seeds support progesterone in the second half of your cycle.
If your cycle is irregular or absent, common with PCOS, perimenopause, or coming off the pill, following the moon gives you a consistent rhythm while your body finds its pattern.

Phase does this every day.
Phase is our free seed cycling companion app. It tells you which seeds to eat today, tracks your cycle or the moon, and gives you personalised guidance for every phase, updated daily, not weekly.
