Brownie Mix
A rich, fudgy brownie mix made with organic cold-milled flaxseed and pumpkin seeds — the Phase 1 seed cycling seeds. Just add your wet ingredients, bake, slice, and enjoy one piece daily as your Phase 1 seed cycling serve.
Gluten free. Made with wholefood ingredients. Store baked brownies in the fridge for up to a week.
Biscuit Mix
A wholesome, lightly sweet biscuit mix made with organic cold-milled sesame and sunflower seeds — the Phase 2 seed cycling seeds. Bake a tray, store in the fridge, and eat one biscuit daily as your Phase 2 seed cycling serve.
Gluten free. Made with wholefood ingredients. Store baked biscuits in the fridge for up to a week.

The bake mixes are designed to be made in batches — bake at the start of each phase and keep in the fridge ready to go. One piece per day is your seed cycling serve.
Check your phase
Day 1 to ovulation — use the Brownie Mix (Phase 1). Post ovulation to period — use the Biscuit Mix (Phase 2). No regular cycle? Follow the moon.
Bake your batch
Follow the recipe on your packaging. Add your wet ingredients, mix, and bake. Most batches take 20-25 minutes and are ready to slice once cooled.
Store in the fridge
Once baked, store in an airtight container in the fridge. Keeps for up to a week. The seeds contain delicate oils that stay fresher when kept cold.

One brownie or one biscuit per day is your seed cycling serve. Enjoy with your morning coffee, as an afternoon snack, or whenever works best for you.
