Our seeds are cold-milled in small batches — not heat-processed, not extracted, not isolated. Cold-milling breaks down the hard outer shell so the nutrients inside are actually accessible to your body. Whole seeds eaten intact often pass through largely undigested.
Every jar is sealed with oxygen absorbers to protect the natural oils from going rancid. This is something you simply cannot guarantee when buying loose seeds from a bulk bin.

brings to the blend

One of the richest plant sources of lignans — a type of phytoestrogen that supports oestrogen metabolism. Also a valuable source of plant-based omega-3 fatty acids and soluble fibre.
Pumpkin Seeds
A natural source of zinc, which is involved in FSH and LH synthesis, both needed for ovulation. Also provides magnesium and iron — important minerals for women throughout the cycle.
Sesame Seeds
Rich in sesamin and sesamol — natural lignans studied for their antioxidant properties. Also a valuable source of calcium and zinc for the second half of the cycle.
Sunflower Seeds
Rich in vitamin E and selenium — both antioxidant nutrients. Selenium also supports thyroid function, which is connected to hormonal balance and cycle regularity.
