If you’re looking for an easy way to add more nourishing whole foods to your day, start with your salad dressing.
The Gut Glow Dressing combines Seed Cycle, Gut Fibre and Sea Buckthorn with extra virgin olive oil, lemon and Dijon for a creamy, tangy dressing that turns a simple bowl of greens into something much more nourishing.
It’s an easy way to bring together seeds, fibre, healthy fats and whole-food nutrients in one delicious addition to your meal.
And the best part? It takes about five minutes to make.
Why we love it
Seed Cycle: food for your hormones
Seed Cycle combines specific seeds selected for their naturally occurring nutrients and used as part of a cyclical approach to nutrition.
Simply choose your Phase 1 or Phase 2 Seed Cycle blend according to where you are in your cycle.
For those who don't have a regular cycle, including many women in perimenopause and post-menopause, you can follow the moon method instead.
Gut Fibre: three types of fibre in one scoop
Gut Fibre makes it simple to add more fibre to everyday meals.
It combines PHGG (Sunfiber), organic acacia and fine psyllium, giving you three different sources of fibre in one easy-to-use blend.
Adding it to a dressing is a simple way to make your everyday meals work a little harder for you.
Sea Buckthorn: your glow ingredient
Sea Buckthorn is made from 100% organic whole crushed sea buckthorn berries.
It's naturally rich in omega-7, vitamin C, vitamin E, carotenoids and polyphenols, making it a beautiful addition when you're looking to nourish your skin from the inside out.
Together, these three ingredients make this dressing a simple gut + glow upgrade to your daily greens.
